My grand mother is age 68 years. She doesn't feel hunger and thirst. Her tongue feels very dry and warm(in her own
words).She eats very little and has become weak. She feels little relief temporarily after eating or drinking cold items. Please suggest what her problem maybe and what course of action should be take.
