Digestion issue for 2.7 years kid
Hello doctor. My kid is 2.7 years old and he is not eating any  food except milk for 2 times daily, moreover he is passing his stool very hard and sometimes with blood. So we consulted doctor, he suggested to use aristozyme-200 ml liquid daily for 10 ml i.e; two times morning 5 ml and night 5 ml. We are using it since 13 days. But his stool passing is same as before and now I am more worried that I can continue this dose or not as I feel it is very high dose. Please can anyone suggest.

Diet change with adequate hydration is a must. Even with that if its not helpful then u can try miralax syrup same dose. It usually takes 2-3 days to work

You need to change his diet then only the stools will soften. At this age he needs fibre. Milk causes constipation. Start with 1 item per day in the beginning. Add  fruits in milk, vegetables khichdi, maged vegetables, dal- rice. Avoid junk food, pakes foods. This is all diet related issue. You need to work hard on his diet.
