I am 25. I have been a smoker for the last 4yr and used to chew tobacco for 8 - 9 months. It's been 2 mo since I noticed a white greyish patch on my cheek starting from the end of lip. An ENT diagnosed it as lychen planus and then went to a dentist where I had an incisional biopsy along with 3 stiches. The result was 'Hyper Keratosis' and being told to take Antoxid.
After biopsy, I am having issues while speaking. The cheek is obstructing the teeth while speaking.
Please advice.

Take painkillers and rinse with lukewarm water and a pinch of salt in it about 4-5 times daily,if still your problem doesnot subside, then see a dentist in person.
