Difficulty in conceiving
I have a residual follicle in my right ovary. I have a mature dominant follicle in my left ovary. I had a failed first attempt IUI. Can I go for an IUI again this month

Yes you should go again for IUI.Continously go for IUI for 3 months.After 3 months if no result then take gap of 2_3 months and meet to infertility specialist.For pregnancy all hormones should be in optimum level and husband semen analysis is of good.
