Hello everyone,
I'm 25 years old female and from some days I'm facing difficulties in passing stool. It feels hard inside and due to that I'm also suffering from anal fissure. I can also feel some swelling there which can be seen when it is difficult to pass the stool and it goes when the motion becomes normal. Pease suggest meditation.
Thank you.

U can start taking Syrup lactulose 20ml at night. With diet rich in fibre like salad, oat meal, wheat dalia. For anal fissure apply lignocain gel 5min before passing stool and then doing sitz bath in salt water for 15-20 min, followed by application of lignocain gel and metrogyl P gel . Repeat sitz bath 2-3 times a day. .
Next Steps
U may require inspection of anal swelling to rule out any abscess formation which may require surgical intervention
