There is nothing like best breakfast in pregnancy. Anything that fulfils your appetite and doesn’t upset your stomach is good. Avoid too oily and too spicy food. All Indian breakfasts are healthy. Upama, Poha, Idali, Paratha, sandwich, eggs are all nutritious and good. It should be in moderation. No overeating.
