Your reports show a combination of nutrient deficiencies (Vitamin D and Vitamin B12), elevated lipid levels (LDL, triglycerides, and total cholesterol), and raised liver enzymes (SGPT/SGOT). While diet and lifestyle modifications can significantly improve many of these parameters, it is important to discuss the results with your physician as well. For nutrition management :- • Focus on a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, pulses, legumes, nuts, and seeds. • Include good-quality protein sources such as dal, beans, low-fat dairy, eggs, fish, chicken, tofu, or paneer according to your preference. • Reduce intake of fried foods, bakery products, processed snacks, sugary beverages, sweets, and excessive refined carbohydrates. • Prefer healthy fats from nuts, seeds, fatty fish, and limited amounts of cold-pressed oils. • Increase dietary fiber through salads, vegetables, fruits, oats, barley, and whole grains, which can help improve cholesterol levels. • Ensure adequate hydration and limit alcohol intake if applicable, especially with elevated liver enzymes. • For Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies, dietary sources help, but supplementation is required. Consult your doctor for this.

You go on clean diet routine because some of these parameters are slightly higher side and that’s not good sign. You started exercise but you should include healthy fats like almonds, walnuts, fish etc and avoid fast food items so cholesterol levels get in balance.
