Just give her dal and roti/ rice daily for lunch and dinner . This is a staple in all Indian households. Rest feed her same things as you all eat , just without the spices. You don’t need to cook separately for a 1 year old kid

Hello, It's normal to give all food what you are eating for one year old child. No need to make separate food. Make sure food is properly mashed. Follow my Instagram/tiwari_child_clinic for Health Q&A. 🙏Tiwari child clinic Delhi🙏

By one year of age the baby can eat half of what mother eats. One breakfast, one lunch ,one dinner and 2 snacks. You can feed anything u make at home but with less spices and the consistency can be kept the way baby can take. This is called family pot feeding.
