Diet control
My hubby was in abroad for past 11 years and past 4 years he's diabetic!! Recently he permanently returned back to India!! Now his food everything this aligned and he is in zero sugar completely n also taking tab GP1 twice a day. Because of this extreme control at evening times he feels so hungry n we randomly took sugar n found to be only 75!! His recent HBA1C was also about 6.2 only. Should he stop his medicines n stick to healthy lifestyle or continue with tablet along with zero sugar control? Concern is his low sugar in evening time due to lengthy food break Please advice!!
