Didn't get periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am married. Last time I got periods on 21 March. I used prega news twice, both times result was negative. I have had urine test too in lab, last sunday, it was also negative. I am clueless what to do next.

visit gynecologist to find out the cause .it can be because of stress/change of place/lactational amenorrhoea/hormonal problem/thyroid or prolactin disorder. after some blood investigation and sonography,hormonal t/t will be given for withdrawl menses n further management will be done accordingly.
