Did the ipill work? What’s the clot?

I had sex on 20th jan,it was 6thday of my periods but once the condom slipped so as precaution I took an ipill and I got my periods on 25with unusual heavy bleeding for 6days later on 9thFebruary I spotted blood clot for 5-6 days.Then on 25 of feb which should have been my cycle date for next periods I spotted clots again. Could it be pregnancy? I’d done a test on 14th of feb which was negative. What’s with the clots? Its 25 March and I still haven’t got my normal periods.
