Diastolic pressure always higher side
Hello doctor...I am 33 years old male... weight 70 KG...height 5ft 10inch...my diastolic pressure is always between 90 to 100  from last several months... should i take medicine...i am very much confused...plz help...

If it is consistently above 90 then needs medicines. But I suggest to get an ambulatory BP monitoring done before taking any decision

Yes you should take medicine if it's above 90 mmHg. Try lifestyle changes like exercise and diet for 3 months. If uncontrolled, start on medication.
