As my systolic BP Is almost 130 but my diastolic BP is alway above 90 -95 why my diastolic BP is high which further test investigation will be done for same Kindly guide

Diastolic BP in young people is a feature of hypertension. You will have to regularly monitor your BP, if repeatedly diastolic BP is higher you will require few test with physician. Common causes of young hypertension needs to be ruled out like thyroid disorder, Endocrine and disorder, haematological issues. Routine investigations, urine analysis, ultrasonography, renal artery Doppler.
