Diarrhoea with watery portty

Asked for Male, 6 Years

My 6 weeks old Labrador puppy has been suffering from diarrhoea for three days now,I went to the vet yesterday but the doctor was not very helpful,he didn't take time to listen to me, he simply gave my puppy a worm medicine and told me to buy digestive vitamin medicine to eat after food morning and night and one more medicin for stomach pain but no medicine for diarrhoea and today he don't wanna eat his food too,he's feeling really ill and pooty everywhere cause he can't control it and I feel really sorry for my puppy,what should I do? Can you please help me cure my puppy to have a healthy life back please and I feed him baby cerelac with Luke warm water as he is just 6 weeks old

See most probably your pup is suffering from enteritis which is very common in pups and during this the pup gets dehydrated soon. So itz better if you can consult another vet as ur pup requires fluid therapy and oral medicines won't help now. Also tell me is he vomiting too and is the potty red and smelly?
