Diarrhoea and stomach cramps
I am currently in Mexico I have had diarrhoea for 2 days and have stomach cramps, I also have irritable bowl syndrome, I have received a antibiotic over here and need to know if I am ok to take it as I am allergic to amoxicillin, the antibiotic I got was neomycin/kaolin/pectin all in one tablet
