Diarrhoea after taking Novefos
Hello Doctor I am 32 weeks pregnant. Recently got urine culture test and Doc said mild infection there and prescribed "Novefos" sachet only 1 packet. I had it in morning after breakfast and by evening got diarrhoea ( not fully watery but very loose stools) Night also diarrhoea continued and Doc said it is common symptom due to antibiotic and gave "Econorm 250mg" , 3 times a day. But I am getting lower right abdomen sharp pain intermittently in night like for 1 hour and then stops. Pls note I don't have painful urination. Just peeing often like every hour. Is lower right abdomen pain is symptom of uti?

Lower abdominal pain could be both because of the diarrhoea and urinary tract infection
