  4. Diarrhea with vomiting & tiredness. Now?

Diarrhea with vomiting & tiredness
My son who is 2.5yrs suffering from diarrhea & vomiting from last 2days. I consulted a doctor he suggested 2 syrups & powder sockets. But still he is not recovering still vomiting everything & loose motion is there. Can you suggest me what can i do now?
