Diarrhea in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Im 6 moths pregnant , from last 3 days im having loose motions , day before before yesterday had twice , yesterday day it was normal again today had 2 times from morning. I met the doctor she checked fetal heart rate and it was 144 , she said as of now looks some infection and prescribed eldopar tablet and asked me to come to hospital if it does not stop , she said come to labour ward directlty. I don have any stomach pain or cramps. Im really scared now if anyone experienced the same Please reply if u know anything about this
