My twins kids 6 months old having severe diarrhea with fever and vomiting.. Watery loose motions for every 10 mins..Treatment is going on from 4 days but still not recovered.. Plz help us with ur comments

Hello There. Are they taking food properly? Are you breast feeding them properly.? What treatment are they on and who prescribed them? .they may require a course of antibiotics and fluid therapy to avoid dehydration. Give them as much as breast milk you can.
