Diapers for newborn good or bad?

Should diapers be used for my newborn of 15 days old. Currently we use cotton cloth under her as diapers might result in skin rashes.but as she make potty or urinate she wakes up from sleep n cries till we change the cloths underneath.does it disturb her sleep? Or it's okay ?

It's OK. You can use diapers at night. But keep a check if baby has passed motions, change it immediately.
