Asking for 1 year old baby girl. Just started observing redness and little bumps on the diaper area of my daughter. She is not itching it. We only use diaper at night and while we go out. Is there any ointments safe to use.?

Keep the area dry.
Can apply any dry powder like nycil or ponds, 2 to 3 times a day
Avoid diapers and wipes
Coconut oil/ Aloe vera gel can be applied
If not improving then, rash free cream 3 to 4 times a day for 3 to 5 days

Keep diaper area open and use diapers as few as possible.
