Avoid use of diaper atleast for 1 week now . Keep the diaper area dry and clean it immediately after passing urine and stools. Apply sialoderm cream over the diaper area three times a day till it heals. Thank you

The image that u have put is not very clear
Diaper Rash usually occurs due to moisture of the wet diaper.
Advisable not to put diapers to your baby and keep the area dry and open.
U can apply zole (2% miconazole ) ointment 3 times a day and rest of the time apply Siolderm cream
