My 6 months old is suffering from diarrhoea past 10 days.. she goes pale yellow to pale green in colour 7-8 times a day . It is both semi solid and watery . Doc prescribed zanocin syrup with probiotics..
is it ok to give this antibiotic?
She has lost 100gms also

I would generally not recommended antibiotic, without doing the stool examination in this situation, zanocin is also not my preferred first line antibiotic for small babies ,
