I had hysteroscopy done. in the report it shows adenomyotic spots. I'm finding it hard to conceive. Failed fresh embryo transfer. Will adenomyotic spots make it difficult to conceive?

Adenomyotic spots shouldn't cause problems as far as your conception is concerned. In fact the way the report is written it shows that it must have been a very minimal lesion. It has been mentioned because there were no significant findings worth mentioning.
Embryo transfer in any case doesn't have 100% success rate. It is possible that in the next attempt you may conceive.
