Diagnosis the disease i have. Cirhosis?

6 Months before I have done my fibroscan test with 14.5 kpa liver stiffness with high sgpt,sgopt and high blood pressure i was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder and in ultrasound it is showing fatty liver grade 3 but with the consultation of doctor i start taking olanzapine,diva od,telvas and a good liver medication after 20 days my sgpt,shot and ggt comes down to normal and I have cut back alcohol consumption I have stopped taking it.But problem start after 6 months I rapidly gain 10kg weight and belly fatso I want to know whether this weight gain caused by liver or medication and my doctor suggested me to take the medicine I used before olanzapine,diva od,telvas with two extra medicines Liv52ds and Aziliv(300).So doctor suggest me should I worry about my liver?do I have cirhosis?
