Diagnosis regarding sonography report

Hi Team, Pl see sonography report of my baby who is 2months now.He is a preterm born 2 months b4 actual delivery date. We saw a small swelling on left side of his scrotal area.There is no pain if we touch or press it. On pediatricians advice took a sonography of the same. Attached report has the findings of the same. Kindly suggest what needs to be done further to rectify the same.Does he have to go through any medication or will it heal on its own? If we do not do anything for it, how long will it take to heal on its own?Please suggest a suitable doctor or medicine if there is any reason to worry..

Hi, Nothing to worry. Usually the hernia and hydrocele will reduce with time. You can wait till the baby turns 1 year.
