Diagnosed with ~ 5 x 5 cm cyst in ovary
I took a TVS ultra which says I have bulky right ovary with a cyst. Report says cyst shows low lying internal echoes,internal septations & echogenic foci at its periphery. Minimal vascularity noted at the periphery and in the septation. Could there be a possibility of chocolate cyst? What are the risks involved? I am 28 YO, had my last menses on 24th Aug, n also TTC since last 1 month.
