Hi Doctor, I'm suffering from pcos, I'm taking ayurvedic medicine from 5-6 months and now my periods are regular but my ultrasound shows that poly cysts are still present. I want to know that does these cysts goes completely or they comes and goes, also does my regular periods are sign of my recovery ?

It takes time. U need regular yoga and exercise. Avoid sugar chocolate maida and fatty food.  Gradually it bcmz normal.
