I am 63 year old and diabetic from 10 years.
i am taking 1000mg metforming with 4 mg glimpride in morning and evening and trajenta in afternoon after lunch.
problem is my after lunch suger is not in control(290 )
please suggest me

Looks like OHA failure. Best would be to start insulin. If you wish to further push up with oral drugs you may try acarbose or voglibose
