Diabetics with pregnancy
I have diabeties from last 2 year previously I was taking met long 500 but after pregnancy I stopped now I'm taking insulin twice a day brand name insugen R . Pre lunch 19 unit and pre dinner 13 unit. My post lunch sugar level is 170 and post dinner is 140 and fasting 100 tested by accucheck active glucose meter. Right now I have 19 week pregnancy. Kindly advice my sugar level is in range or I have to increase dosages.

My opinion in your case would be to restart your oral medicines and change the type and frequency of the insulin that you are taking. Your sugar control should be better than what it currently is, considering pregnancy.
