Diabetic sugar level
Blook sugar is 541 I took 8 units of insulin and pipglitazone 15mg and glimepiride 2mg at 3:37pm because my level was 513. At 6:28 pm my level was still 449 and new it is back up to the 541 as discussed at the beginning.

Your sugars are very high. . U definitely need to consider regular follow up to physicians.. insulin is also good option along with more escalation of oral drugs. Ur doses are very less for ur sugar levels
