Sir in my first pregnancy I had diabetes now it continues now am 8 weeks pregnant Dr prescribed me insulin novomix50 28 units in the morning and novomix30 20 units in the night but still my sugar levels are much controlled I don't know y? Am following the diet also.before break fast it's 120 and after 1hr it's b/w 140 -150 2hr 110 -120 but in afternoon it's high after lunch 1hr 160-180 and 2hr 150-160 but in night it's after dinner 1hr 110-130 2hr 110-130

From the results it is obvious that your post lunch sugars are not controlled. It can be explained by lack of insulin on board to cover lunch time increase in the sugar levels. One advise is you can break your lunch in to 2. Making sure not increasing the amount of meals you take for lunch, take half of the meal  at one time and the rest  after a gap of about 2- 4 hours.  Do check your post lunch levels 1 hour after the meals and see. If still no better you might need addition of lunch time insulin as well - this will be different from the novomix you are taking. Do discuss with a doctor before making any changes to insulin
