I am a diabetic for 27 years. Have undergone CABG in 2004.sugar value fluctuate up and down. Today's fasting is 117.I am on insulin for the last 15 years.my sugar levels fluctuate generally between 100 to 300 . My present medicines . insulin mixtard human 44 units in the morning and night. Trivolib forte1mg morning and night. From the last 6 months I am having pain in my feet.the pain Is piercing.I feel as if some cut is there. Difficult to walk freely.have to drag my feet to walk. Have tried Nervigen tab and injection also.. I humbly seek some suitable advise. I do not know which segment of Doctors I have to consult. My per doctor says it is a common Complaint in diabetics. Please help by suggesting some doctors and remedy.Thanks and regards Jayadeva b r

ur treatment is not optimal,  with mixtard usually these drugs r not prescribed,  shift to basal bolus regimen
