Diabetic n blood pressure
Wen chked my blood glucose levels it was 286 fasting ,now I am on insulin from past one week and now my fasting level is 243 and post lunch is 309.Is insulin working for me ,do I need to change the medicine as I am planning doe pregnancy

Hello....... Pregnancy at this stage is not good.... You must bring blood glucose level under control first... Insulin always work ,but dose should be adjusted to bring blood glucose under control .. You may need more dose of insulin ... During any infection blood sugar level goes uncontrolled... Consult your general physician to adjust the dose again. It should drop below 200
