Diabetic foot sores not healing
My aunt has been getting painful sores/ulcers on both her feet which the doctors have described as diabetic foot. Even though her Sugar levels are in control now, the sores are not going away. Doctor has suggested Lulibet and Sofinax Ointment to be applied 2-3 times a day. Two weeks have passed but there is still no improvement. Please suggest. Photos attached.

Get color Doppler of both lower Lima done to check on blood supply . And this might need amputation to safe balance of limb. Contact a surgeon immediately
