Hi dr my mom aged about 45 yrs is htn and using olmi bp h tablet bp is under control recently she developed dm and using metformin sr 500 mg after 5 months we did investigation fbs--140 ppbs--180 hba1c--6.5 and her triglycerides is 189 ( she is alredy using rosuvastatin 10 mg ) Should we change the dose for above tablets how tg can be controlled Pls help and thank u
