Hi My Father is 58 years old and he was diagnosed by diabetes 20 years ago and taking medication. He also has BP and gone forefoot amputation due to gangrene 3 years ago. He developed fever today and says toothache. Now taking paracetamol along with regular medicine. His sugar level was 290 today morning. Kindly advice on medication and any red flags to visit hospital..
