My sugar level in last month 153 fasting and 238 after food, doctor suggest me take Diapride M2 for one month, now my sugar level 71 fasting and 150 after food. Should I continue tablet or not because doctor said no need to take because from one month I have this problem. I will control my sugar level by food and walking?

Diapride M2 contains glimeperide which might be causing hypoglycemias and it should be stopped. U should rather take safer drugs like metformin and DPP4I that can stop the progression of disease progress. Better consult a diabetologist. If u wish u can start an online consultation here
