Hello there. I can understand your concern. You haven't mentioned what she is taking for her diabetes issue? I'm starting to wonder if she is on any treatment at all. Do not giver her mango with such high sugar levels. Kindly take her to a endocrinologist for further management as her blood sugars are way high. Do not giver her rice and other foods with high glycemic. She has to restrict salt intake also. Since her sugars are high, that's the reason why she has to go to the loo again and again. Do not waste any further time. Even if she is taking any treatment, clearly she needs change of medicines. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain

As blood sugar is uncontrolled better not give her. If at all you want give, give a very, very small piece, but it will harm her. So get treated immediately by a endocrinologist so that sugar levels come down. As for urination, as long as she doesn't have burning sensation or pain or some redness in d urine you need not much worry about it.
