Dear Mr. Manish, I have gone through your reports. Your Physician has changed the medications as per your blood sugar values. Get HbA1C done which shows sugar control of three months. Monitor sugars at home either Fasting and post breakfast, before lunch and after lunch and/or before dinner and after dinner. Stick to strict diet and exercise regimen. With sugar monitoring chart, Contact your Physician again. As of now changing the medications will not help as it takes sometime for any medicines to act. Triglycerides and LDL are high and can be brought down by diet and exercise. Contact a Dietician for the diet chart. I hope your Blood pressure is normal.
