My wife was detected with
diabetes on 17 Nov'24, she started with diabetes medicines as
HB1Ac was 11. On 19th Dec'24 after complaining, breathlessness it was found that her left lung collapsed due to plural effusion. Hospitalized for five days. Plural effusion checked, and results showed TB. TB medicine started 23rd Dec'24. A patch on the chest was seen in the CT scan and x-ray before she was discharged from the hospital. Today it's been four months and the patch in the left lung is still the same. The city report says. "There is relatively well defined soft tissue density mass like focus is seen projected over the left middle zone adjacent to the
left hilum with central area of lucency representing central breakdown. The left hilum is seen through the lesion. The lesion is almost completely incased by the lung lucency except for part of its medial margin.
The patient is well gained weight managing diabetes well and in control. Goes to work every day, gaining weight. Pls advise?
