Diabetes not coming under control
I am diabetic patients 43 years can I conceive a child I am taking 30units nova mix morning and 28unit night planning for IVF my doctor just increases insulin level will the baby also affected with diabetes I am too worried

You being diabetic during pregnancy doesn't increase risk of your baby getting diabetes above and over whatever genetic predisposition that a child inherits from his parents.
Diabetes in pregnancy is a very delicate situation and sugars need to be very strictly controlled. The targets are below 90 of premeal and below 120 of 2 hrs post meal. The same can not be achieved with premixed insulin. You need to shift to 4 injections of basal bolus therapy before conceiving.
Your age is 43 years and that complicates the pregnancy making it precious one. Take help of a gynecologist in understanding difficulties that can be faced.
