ACR above 30 suggest microalbuminuria but it should not be diagnosed based on one report. Need to urine routine along with this to rule out any concomitant urine infection. Also this report should not be done at the time of any acute illness , physical stress or after exercise. If Repeat values is also above 30 in the absence of other conditions, there are medicines to prevent its Progression.
