57/Male Family History of DM and HTN present in mother
Was diagnosed with HTN in 1999,since then on anti hypertensive medications,presently on TELVAS -AM
Was diagnosed with DM in 2003,initially was on Metformin for couple of years,then sulfonylureas,then comination of these drugs In 2016,my HBA1c was around 9 and was started on insulin
