It's prediabetes, u need to reduce your weight of it's more, do dietary changes and exercise at least 150min per week of cardio and strength also in between

Hai,based on your question..you are nervous about your diabetic status(sugar levels) 1.chech your diabetic level FBS,PPBS and HbA1C(3 months average level) these three test to know about your sugar level 2. Healthy food like millets,low carbohydrates,less sugar and minimal walking and yoga is more than enough. 3.if u have nervousness like symptoms palpitation,increased thirst,increased urination,pricking sensation of fingers and toes,giddiness on and off...check for ur sugar level and inform..
