Diabetes and pneumonia
My father age 55 was suddenly got fit and his sugar gone to 650. Then admitted to hospital. They have started treatment and now sugar is normal but doctor is saying he is having pneumonia. Infection is there and same seen in X Ray.

The doctor who is treating the admitted patient is the best person to guide at this stage. If he needs the opinion of a specialist he may do so. U should consult a diabetologist once he is discharged from hospital
