Diabetes and Breastfeeding
I am type 2 diabetic. Recently I have delivered a baby boy. Before conceiving I used to take Goecyst-M (2-0-2AF). And was taking insulin for 9months during my pregnancy period. I want to take Goecyst -M tablets again. Is it safe to take those tablets during breastfeeding? Will it effect my baby?

It can be used during breastfeeding. It is released in small amounts in breast milk but at levels which don’t harm. Consult your Diabetologist or endocrinologist
