Dhupastonn for 5 Days-pregnancy negative
Hi Doctor, My wife last period was 27 October(irregular period), when we did follicular study her ovulation usually occured in 27-30 days from period. We have intercourse on Nov 20 and 22nd. Dhupastonn was take from Dec 2-Dec 6( two tablets per day).Usually her periods come after 5 days stopping duphaston. No period till today but she got cramps last week. Taken pregnancy test today it's negative. How many days should we wait for period to come or to take pregnancy test again. Please advise.

You had sexual intercourse on 20 and 22 November. You should get your beta HCG level done any day now. The result will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

Within 10 days of the last dose you should get your period so wait till 16th

Usually one week after stopping duphaston she should be getting her period. The timing of intercourse and start of duphaston need to be changed. For confirmation you can do a beta Hcg blood test.

Bleeding should start after within 7-10 days of stopping duphaston . If still no periods please consult with your gynaecologist
