DHA and L carnosine
Hi,
Last year a pediatrician suggested Pediawise DHA and L carnosine syrup for my son when I went with complaint of speech delay when my son was 20 months old. But couldn't give these syrups properly. He recommended it for 6 months, also suggested to give foods of different texture for oral stimulation.
I followed everything except these supplements. I didn't give them properly for 6 months. I gave just for 3 months that too with gaps.
Now my son is 2 years 8 months weight 12.4kg. He already spoke words last year.. Now he has started framing sentences. I have put him in playgroup.
Can I restart the same DHA and Carnosine now ?
Each 3ml was the suggested dose .

Isolated speech delay is common. No need to give supplements. Having said that, if other 3 milestones are normal, no need of supplements.
