Deworming treatment
I am 45 years old female. About 3 years ago I had taken treatment for deworming..had taken krumi kuthar for 15 days, krumi mudgar for 15 days and then vidangarisht for a month This helped deworm and my haemoglobin levels improved very well Again I have the same issue .have seen worms in the stool again ..the doctor I had consulted is out of our city..have consulted another doctor..he said Krumikuthar one tablet a month should be sufficient Would like to know if I can go ahead and does  this tablet creates heat in the body Because I have seen in the past that anything that increases heat increases my menstrual bleeding Last time I had taken chandraprabhavati as a part of the treatment for another problem.. So will taking Krumikuthar for one month, a tablet everyday be ok..should I completely stop sugar, sweets, dates, etc, Kindly advise Thanks

Deworming Plan & Krumikuthar Ras Usage ✅ Krumikuthar Ras (1 tab daily for 1 month) is effective but has a heating effect. To balance it, take with buttermilk or coconut water. ✅ If heavy menstrual bleeding occurs, reduce to alternate days and add Chandraprabha Vati (1 tab twice daily). Dietary Guidelines: 🚫 Avoid: Sugar, sweets, dates, spicy & fermented foods. ✅ Include: Vidanga Churna (½ tsp with honey), Neem leaves, Pumpkin seeds (natural dewormers). Next Steps: 🔹 Repeat Vidangarishta (10 ml twice daily) for full cleansing. 🔹 Follow for 4-6 weeks & monitor hemoglobin levels. This plan ensures effective deworming without excess body heat.

Already you were taken Krimikutara rasa and Krimimudgara rasa for 15 days each with Vidangarista . Better to continue with only Vidangarista 20ml twice daily with equal quantity of water after food for one month. Take 5 cloves of ghee fried Garlic daily at night time .
